Deana Lieberman received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of Houston. Upon graduation, Deana joined PricewaterhouseCoopers and became an Audit Manager for the Entrepreneurial Audit practice. She focused on mid-size clients within the retail, manufacturing, construction and biotech industries. After leaving PWC, Deana began her search career with a Houston based recruiting firm that specialized in direct hire in the Accounting industry. After six years in the business, Deana accepted an opportunity to help start up a professional services firm that specialized in Accounting, Finance and Tax recruitment. She was responsible for building and managing the direct hire and contract staffing of the business. She held a leadership role that contributed to the growth of the practice from its inception. Deana maintains a strong relationship with her clients and candidates. She has developed a solid understanding of clients’ needs and works to find them the best talent match.
